100xLift / WA_Bot allows users and businesses to request deletion of their personal or business data from our systems.
If you want your data deleted, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to:
Please include the following information in your email:
Your full name
Your business name, if applicable
Your phone number
Your email address
Your WhatsApp Business phone number, if applicable
A clear request asking us to delete your data
Example message:
“I would like to request deletion of my data from 100xLift / WA_Bot. Please remove my personal, business, and account-related information from your system.”
What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your use of our services, we may delete:
Account information
Business profile information
Connected WhatsApp Business setup details
Customer communication records stored in our system
Order, booking, or inquiry records
Technical logs linked to your account where possible
Integration records no longer required for service or legal purposes
Processing Time
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the request.
In most cases, deletion requests are processed within 7 to 30 business days.
Important Notes
Some data may be retained if required for:
Legal compliance
Fraud prevention
Security records
Billing records
Dispute resolution
Platform abuse prevention
Technical backups for a limited period
If some information cannot be deleted immediately, we will explain the reason where appropriate.
Disconnecting Meta or WhatsApp Access
If you connected your Meta Business Account or WhatsApp Business Account, you can also remove access directly from your Meta Business settings.
You may remove connected apps, partners, or business integrations from your Meta account settings.
